「On the tip of your tongue」の意味
On the tip of your tongueは「言いたいことや知っていることが言葉に詰まっている状態」という意味で使われます。
たとえば、名前や言葉が思い出せないときに使われるイディオムです。
その言葉や名前はすぐに出てくると思うけど、なかなか口から出てこない感じです。
